How to Make Poultry/Chicken Feed Pellets?
The development of intensive poultry farming and mechanization has led to the widespread use of various types of poultry feed making machines that serve different purposes in making chicken feed. The process of making chicken feed pellets is relatively simple and includes several steps, and the corresponding poultry feed pellet production machines include crushers, mixers, and pellet mills.
Crushing – Feed Crusher or Hammer Mill.
A mill or crusher grinds chicken feed ingredients into a powder/crushed form, which not only makes it easier for poultry to eat, but also digests it faster, thus increasing the production of laying hens or broilers.
Mixing – Mixer
