Raw Material for Making Fish Feed

The raw material is: Flour, corn meal, soybean meal, maize meal ,meat meal, bone meal, fish meal etc.
Fitness: about 60-80mesh which were crushed and mixed.
Moisture content: about 20%-25%.

Process of Diesel Fish Feed Extruder

After the material is fed into the feeding device, it is extruded and extruded by the screw, pressurized and high temperature, so that the raw materials are fully cooked and sterilized. The expanded material is then pressed into pellets through a forming die. You can change different molds according to actual needs to make pellets with different diameters. The cutting device then cuts the pellets into different lengths as required.
